Most of our invitations include your guest names printed and also the Names & Address is printed on the envelopes.
We can also print in any language or font.
We also include White envelopes as standard.
We print everything, package (envelopes unsealed) and post to you, All you need is a night in ............... a bottle of wine or soft drink if you are expecting a little one....LOL!!! As you need to stick the stamps on and post.......we don't do that bit!!
What happens after I place my order?
Wording: (We will send you separate email with sample wording to help you with this)
Guest Names and addresses (We will send you a separate email)
Proofs will be provided by email BEFORE we go to print
Please Note when you place your order you dont need to send us any wording or names at this stage we will contact you to get this information separately

Postage and Packaging
Delivery
Once your invitations are paid in full your order will be dispatched. A signature will be required for all deliveries (our usual carrier is UPS and Royal Mail), so please ensure someone can sign for your Invitations.
We have a tracking number of the parcel and keep track of it ourselves however Handmade By me cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage of any items once they have been dispatched. We will however, make a claim off of our courier in this instance and replace the items for you once an acceptable delivery timescale has passed.
Delivery by Royal Mail is by weight or by courier and charged at the current rate for each delivery unless the total order value exceeds £250 in which case delivery is free of charge.

| Returns Policy We are unable to provide a refund on any personalised product.
However, if your goods are faulty or have been received in a damaged condition, please contact us to arrange for return and/or replacement of the goods.
Returns only accepted if goods are returned within 7 days.
